The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) provides entry-level support services to older Australians so they can live independently in their own homes. Southern River Care focuses on quality and enabling independence with a little help.
Government Subsidised Home Care Packages
At Southern River Care, we tailor home care packages to each individual's needs. If you have been assessed and approved for a home care package by the Australian government, you will be assigned one of four levels of care, based on your current needs.

Private Home Care Packages.
When you pay for private home care services, you're paying for the care you receive directly, rather than through government funding. This means that you can access a wide range of home care services in Perth without having to go through an assessment process. You also don't need to be 65 years old to be eligible - all you need to do is get in touch and let us know what services you need. We'll get started as soon as you like!
